Policy

Reservations & Cancellations:

We would like to hear from you, either write, fax, e-mail, or call and make your reservations. We have discounted rates for week, month and seasonal rentals;
Check in time: 1:00PM, check out 12:00. A 50% deposit is requested and you may use your Visa or Mastercard, or send check.
Payment in full is required on Holiday weekends. A credit card will hold a reservation, but "no shows" will be charged. Checks will be accepted for payment if received at least 14 days prior to arrival. Reservations must arrive before 8 P.M. (Unless previous arrangements have been made).

Refunds will be made if reservations are canceled 14 days prior to arrival. All refunds are minus $20 administrative fee. There are no refunds for early departure.

For Cancellations made 7 - 13 days prior to your arrival
will receive a Camping credit, less $20 handling charge.

For Cancellations made 6 days or less prior to your arrival date there is no refund or credit.

Rates are subject to change without notice.
Management reserves the right to evict, without prior notice, anyone who fails to obey posted signs, any campground rules, or who , in our opinion is creating a disturbance or being a nuisance
